I don't understand

I'm here for a few reasons.
1. my dad is a trucker<
2. to learn more about industry
3. To find good candidates


I'm not here for any malicious intent.
I do not make a bonus or get any monetary anything except my hourly pay for recruiting.
I'm looking for good drivers and information. I do not bother or hassle people., indeed, simply hired etc..but that's not where people hang out.
Aside from hanging out in trucks stops (which I've done and enjoy but I don't have as much time as I'd like), this is a great outlet to see the pulse of the industry and find people that are interested.

Why do you ban people for recruiting This is so discouraging and disappointing.

 

I understand where you are coming from. I read the email I had in my inbox. It was a rookie mistake.
