That's why I like my G2 Gatorade. I can put the lid back on the bottle so it doesn't spill. The fountain business just doesn't cut it, at least not in my spring ride single screw.
I don't want to slip seat anymore.

You could eat off of any part of my truck but the skid plate of my 5th wheel. Even my engine gets cleaned when I hit the beacon every couple of weeks. No idea how people can live like that. I would have thought it'd be worse with OTR guys than it would people who don't have to pay to bathe. Guess not lol

No way could I slip seat, I am so anal about the inside of my truck. If I slop a drop of coffee on the dash or floor I will stop and re-armorall it. I am constantly dusting and armoralling the dash, floor, etc. I even armorall the #### e-log machine! I get a lot of crap from other drivers for how much time I spend detailing my truck, but hey if I am going to be stuck in that tight space all day, you bet your arse it's going to be clean.
I can't believe the way many drivers treat their equipment. I was chatting with one of our otr drivers a few weeks ago, and he was sitting in his seat smoking, ashing his cigarette on the floor. There was dirt and ash and filth everywhere in that cab.
Just this week I had to use one of our spare day cabs for an afternoon while mine got serviced. Another 2016 model just like mine, 20k less miles than mine, and I felt like I needed a tetanus shot after sitting in that seat.austinmike, OPUS 7, Rusty Trawler and 2 others Thank this. -
I think there is a loss of cultural love and respect for the equipment by a people who might be immigrant or less inclined to be properly hygiene etc.
Makes me feel ashamed for us all and deeply angry as the slovenly lazy do nothings contribute to a overall decline in health and sources of infectious problems increase. It's totally unnecessary.
I can rant on, but frankly I don't think I will. Enough is enough I say.Kyle G. Thanks this. -

In Kansas City, KS for the night and one of the parked trucks had all kinds of garbage in between the dash and the windshield.
Had a stint trying driving for a small company out of Barrington Lake, IL. I was told to take another driver's truck for a regional haul and when I opened the door, there was at least an inch of dog hair covering every surface and filling every crack of the inside of that truck. The water bowl also appeared to regularly slosh around and spill all over the floor. Needless to say, I refused to even get in the truck.
The owner/dispatcher said: "The driver said he cleaned it out."
I should own stock in disinfectant wipes.passingthru69 and OPUS 7 Thank this.
