I drove 700 miles with the power divider lock in

    I drove 700 miles at 72 MPG with the power divider lock in do u think i did any damage?

    Also curious....

    Not once in those 700 miles did you scan over your gauges and switches to make sure all was good?

    I'm wondering what kind of truck, or how old it is that it doesn't have an idiot light to tell you it is on.

    Of course if the driver didn't notice the way the tires grabbed going around corners at slower speeds, a light would be even less obvious......

    I sure didn't don't know how i miss it woke up and seen the little 4,wheel light on...it's still going everthing seem to be ok.

    your probably ok, but I wouldn't do it again stuff happens , but 700 miles is a long way to not notice. I think you need to scan your work area a little more often. jmo.

    In todays trucks the power divider only locks in the back axle, most trucks today don,t have possy so your mostly ok, if you do haveossys then you broke axles the first time toy mafe a.90degree turn just listen as you roll if you hear crucnhing you had possy and need new axles.
