I feel like giving up on drivers :(

    I know that's why I have 7 auditors to tell it a different way and they still don't get it or the auditors don't get what the "purpose" is. I have a hard time getting them to understand some drivers just don't understand the regulations but they feel they do:biggrin_25521:

    So what do I do? I have 2,000 drivers and 7 auditors to get to understand what I am saying and they don't believe what I am saying so hmmm the driver suffers or is the driver just playing us all :biggrin_2555:

    I am a former owner operator 4years ago since I last drove, anyhow Ive got an orientation date with TMC and Ive been trying to find my old logs do you offer a CD to reaclamate me to running my log books legal I still remember some of it but a refresher would be nice on the split berth etc...

    The HOS has changed again since you quit and is fixing to change again. Was the same way for years, now this will be the 3rd change since 04. The split is down to a 8-2 split. That is the only way you can split it.

    I think people start messing up when they attempt to doctor the logs--simple solution--log/drive legal and you wont confuse yourself or get lost on the logbook!
