I forget my iPhone in Pilot shower room

    Hello Everyone I need adivce
    My name is Satwinder and i am new long haul drive. I stopped yesterday on 13 Sept 2010 to take shower in this Dallas Location.

    After taking shower when i almost ready to leave the room my phone was ringing. i answered the phone than left it on sink picked my bag and left the room after locking the gate. I forget my phone. It is not that i don't remember where i left the phone. It was iPhone. Without realizing that i forget my phone in Washroom i started my journey towards Houston,Tx. I realized almost after two hours that i forget my phone than i called back to that Location and spoke with Manger Jenifer. she said no one returned the phone. I understand if i forget this phone anywhere else other than shower room than anyone can picks up but it was left inside locked shower room and only Pilot employee has access to those rooms. I am asking everyone now please advice me your best suggestion how i can deal with them as PILOT Manager is refusing to do anything now. Do you think i should contact to the Police.

    I'd contact your carrier and see if its been used since you lost it. If so, report it stolen and they will track and possibly recover it.

    Call your carrier and work with them. They have dealt with stolen phones and will have a specific protocol to follow.

    Don't those use sim cards? If so its looong gone with another sim card installed.

    But I recall someone able to track their lost Iphone down cuz the thief changed sim cards, but forgot to log out on everything like facebook, and some other programs that gives location updates.

    There have been Iphones stolen at Disney parks and they have been traced and found on the person, and yes applications were open. This is in Florida, so i know it has worked.
