Just got a new truck with DEF and failed to put driver's side fuel cap on. Went ahead and parked and suspected possible foul play since no miles were driven and I found it on pretrip. Kinda like Jimmy Buffet 's Margaritaville song. In the end I concluded that it was My Own dang Fault. Fuel tanks still registered full. The new added procedure of filling the DEF got me off my routine.

I've never made a mistake. I never forgot to unhook my airlines twice. I never lost 3 fuel caps. I never slammed my hood down on my wipers 5 times. I never forgot to lower my landing gear and almost drop a trailer. I never forgot to raise my landing gear and drive over railroad tracks. I never tote a door off my trailer in the first year I was out here. I never tore off a door on a trailer in my 12th year out here either. I never forgot to put my oil cap back on. See? You can be perfect too.......
