    I'm beginning to get the hang of it, I don't stay camping in the middle, my truck is slow as hell anyway lol, so that would be stupid lol.

    That's good. That means you should have no problem creeping along in the Granny lane and merging four wheelers can easily scoot over in front (or behind) you. If they still can't handle that then let them run into you or into a ditch, shoulder...CLIFF. Never let them take your right-of-way from you.
