LOL! yah...I was on a truck route, then caught a glimpse of a sign (posted on top of a stop light) saying no trucks on 'whatever street' west....I thought I was going north, so immediately dismissed the sign thinking "so what...don't need to go west"....then all of the sudden I'm coming down a hill into a partial residential district right before I-275. That's where the cop got me---ONE stoplight before I would have been on the freeway.
Cop was cool...even laughed...knew I made an honest mistake, and I wasn't 'trying to get away with something'...and was 100% honest about the fine amount, and the "no points" on my MVR.
I got a ticket driving through a small town there was no where to turn off to avoid it.

I like it when they put the "No Trucks" sign a 200 feet down from the primary route, to where it can't be seen or read until you're already committed
