Report back, in a couple years, if it ever gets to court. I won't be holding my breath. BTW, if that company has any other female drivers, gender discrimination will not work out.

No one ever said anything about gender being a part of it, but thanks for the support "driver"!

I'm serious about a couple of years. The courts move very slowly and only 2% of those filed, ever get to court.

I can't blame ya. I always had mine on for valuable info, but for every piece of info I got there was times as much crap in the darn thing. When people would start talking about their life ventures and what not I would just turn the radio down for an hour or two the. Turn it back up. I just don't like having it off lol

So am I to understand that bottom feeder inc lied to me when they told me a 15 minute pre trip was required by law? I just don't understand why bottom feeders would lie about something being necessary when it could potentially cut in to the delivery time for their bottom of the barrel, toilet water cheap freight...

I think it would have been easier to have shaved five minutes off the post trip and be done with it.

in your mind it was wrong.

22 days, probation period, in a right to work state.
You were let go for insubordination. (arguing with a supervisor)
The company will let you spend your time and money on lawyers, and if it ever gets to a hearing, they will present your insubordination, and the case will be closed.

You screwed up, you do not KNOW what the HOS law says about pre trip and post trip. You were late for your delivery, due to your actions. You have no case, but lawyers will be happy to say you do, and take your money.
