There is a lot of TMC info. here on this site in the older threads, and much of it is still true to this day. Take a look around. Educate yourself. If you still have any questions, I (or someone else) will try to help you.

To answer your questions: I do not know if TMC has improved in the past year. Yes, TMC is a "good company" to work with (for). At least, it was for me, but YMMV. I have first-hand experience (and will answer any specific questions as well as I can). I do not know anything about other flatbed companies, but I have heard good things about Maverick, McElroy & Melton. I do not know who is "best".

Pretty much sums it up.

I enjoy them. Their support is great. As far as safety ratings(CSA) I believe their only issue is load securement score. The rest is pretty good.

 

I enjoy TMC and think it is a great company. Money is good and I am treated well. I think it is a great place to start a career and I have met some guys that have been with TMC for years and love it and will retire from TMC. My trainer has been there for 13 years now and I have met a couple others that have been there for over 10. If you have any specific questions just PM and I will help you out.

 

Stay away from these jokers unless you like getting screwed.

Yeah no kidding. So what is the reason behind your negative post, say an explanation to you not liking TMC?

 

TMC seems to be a decent company.
Use the search function of the forum and you'll find hours of reading regarding TMC.

 

I just saw his other post Gears and everything he says is the complete opposite of my experience so far the past 11 months with TMC. All I can say is I am very satisfied with them.
