Ramblingman what kind of physical did they require when you started working for Systems Transport? Did they require you to do a lot of squatting, lifting, etc?

Is this type of physical routine when hiring onto a company?

Reason I'm asking is because I was talking to Schneider before TWT called me and confirmed the date and they said I would have to pass their physical and that it required squatting. After I blew my knee out I can't fully squat down and pick something up off the floor. I can kneel down and partially squat but not fully. The guy I spoke with said that they wouldn't hire me because of that. Will that prevent me from working as a truck driver because I can't fully squat down?
