i gotta quit the weed

I'm going to say again but differently. There is nothing wrong with seeking professional help for a mental disorder that you are having trouble controlling. Self-Medicating is rarely a good option and often leads to self-destructive behaviors.

Weren't you on this forum a few years ago under a different name? That's what my memory is telling me.
Your posts are almost a carbon copy of those from a few years ago.

 

I remember somebody with the fox hound logo from metal gear solid as well, but it's a popular video game.

 

I have always been able to rationalize that a 100K plus a year job is gonna be more important than a one hour buzz.
Besides you can always wait till you retire.
Truth told I quit smoking 15 years ago because I couldn't smoke in a company truck.
Both have been smart decisions I do not regret.

 

I smoked 3 packs a day for 21 years and quit cold turkey.
I also quit drinking a few minutes ago.

 

In many places, that is the same thing. The former leads to the latter.

 

Understandable, since pot doesn't get you physically addicted like tobacco.

 

It's like on the DOT physical...they ask "do you currently use alcohol?" Currently?? No.

 

Right...it's all in one's head. Nothing physical about the human head...lol.

 

Are you diagnosed OCD? If so are you taking medication for it? I quit weed cold turkey. I had to be away from folks who smoked for a while, and in an environment to where it isn't easily accessible. Those were my methods.
