Your word against his which they always win, unless you have a dash cam then it would be his lying word against actual evidence.
Been through it on the i15 northbound, I was in a 4 wheeler he claimed I was doing 100 and clocked me on his radar, which saves the info, I asked him to show it he did and nothing was on it, I couldn’t prove it In court that I was not doing 100.
I guess I'll fight it.

UPDATE
I sent all my info in to my GM (whom I have a fabulous relationship with) and he and my Lead Dispatch manager went to the head of Safety for a meeting on my behalf, with me across the country.
LOVE THESE PEOPLE!
They stated their case that I had been driving for 32 years and had NEVER had a point on my license, or brought back an inspection with a single violation.
If anyone deserved a pass, it was me.
They said he takes every load, is always on time, the customers love him, and WE NEED HIM !
I'll admit it. Brought tears to my eyes.
Safety, even though it's written in stone, is allowing me to stay.
They want me to try to get the citation DISMISSED if at all possible.
Also, when they looked up the violation code the troop wrote on the inspection, it doesn't exist.
They're thinking that may help, along with a dismissal of cite, to completely wipe it with a DataQ.
Now to find an attorney that can get it done.
I don't care the cost.deathB4decaf, Long FLD, baha and 3 others Thank this. -
Dave_in_AZ and jammer910Z Thank this.

That's super douche attaching it to an inspection report at 15 over.
jammer910Z Thanks this. -
Your dash cam was covered but it did record your location and time?
Get the time and posted speed limit from Washington State. This should give you the evidence you need to prove you were driving the speed limit.
Good Luck.magoo68, jammer910Z and Dave_in_AZ Thank this. -
If you look at the CFR description he wrote 392.25
Over to the right it's described as speeding 60/45
If you look up CFR 392.25 it comes back as using "flame producing emergency device in a vehicle transporting explosives".
Hoping that'll help with the DataQ
The Buzzard.deathB4decaf, D.Tibbitt, Long FLD and 2 others Thank this. -
D.Tibbitt, Doealex and Dave_in_AZ Thank this.
