You’re right, some megas specialize a little. KLLM does agriculture work. But you still have to try. It takes allot of money to make a trucking business work, otherwise you just buy a temporary job.
I guess it's just not meant to be.....

I have to hand it to JB Hunt they have that dedicated service down to a science. I used to work for a local company as a driver/dispatcher. We had 14 trucks, and the customer wanted 72 trailers. When the contract was up for renewal, JB swooped in, promised 14 brand new trucks, and 80 trailers by the weekend, all while being quite a bit cheaper than us. I ended up quiting, most of the drivers just got hired by JB and the swap went smooth as butter.
Siinman Thanks this. -
The whole economy is moving toward 2 classes of people. The ruling class- executives of mega corporations, those in high levels of government, and those running these “social justice” and environmental groups. Then you'll have everybody else that pretty much only exist to be beholden to the ruling class.
We went though a big reset with Covid. I won’t go so far as to say Covid was planned, but they sure took advantage of the situation to reset our whole lives and economy to change everything and create a ruling class that can control the masses they way they see fit. -
