He wrote that she pulled into his lane, one can NOT predict what another driver will do. This case would be so easy for the OP if he had a dash cam, he could win some money from the lady's insurance. INVEST IN A DASH CAM, they are cheap enough now.

    And COPs DO LIE

Right, I've talked to my insurance company they said they'll be getting back to me shortly as they have to get a statement or proof that I've dropped my attorney otherwise they can't talk to me.

I do have a cdl and I have called an auto accident injury attorney. They said since I wasn't hurt bad enough in the accident they wouldn't be able to do anything for me. I guess I need to call another attorny that doesn't just deal with injuries in accidents.

Detective, cop, police officer I'm not sure what the official name is for them. the police officer who wrote a report on the accident.

She said I pulled out and bam.. that's it.. Whether or not that was siding with me or not I don't know. Obviously the officer/detective whatever didn't think that.

Yes I do have insurance but I only have liability on it. Not sure why my insurance should fix my car considering it was her fault though.

I didn't get a ticket and neither did she.

Why concern myself with her admitting to it being her fault. Because if she did it would be case closed from what I've been told anyways.

My worry? Being charged at fault in an accident that wasn't my fault..

She pulled out in front of me from a side street. Hit the side of her vehicle.

I will be getting one soon. Your absolutely right!!! It's funny you said that I've been looking into buying one of those for some time now but for my big truck. Didn't even think about getting one for my personal vehicles.. You'd think company's would pay for those things to be put into your trucks these days.
