Just curious (you probably already answered or stated)
What make and model and how old is your car?
How badly damaged is your car?
How much to fix or is it totaled?
Do you own, or have access to another car?

Like I said before, I've been in your shoes many years ago. It is possible your wife is giving you the best advice. Move over and get over it.
However it doesn't cost much to open a small claims court case. So maybe win or lose it might be worth it to YOU, to see it thru all the way.

    2008 Chevy Equinox.
    The suv was basically totald.
Cost way more to fix it then it's worth.
Yes I have another car thankfully.
Still debating on whether or not to proceed with the small claims court deal.
They don't exactly make it easy for you to do it. Have to know were to send the claim to and the insurance company doesn't make this easy to find (geico insurance).

I have a couple numbers for lawyers who deal in this sort of stuff thinking about giving one of them a call to see what they say. It cost money though to get a consultation that is from them.

At the end of the day if I don't go through with it I've for sure lost several thousand dollars in expenses for something that wasn't my fault.

I'm learning why justice is so important being I am being unjustly represented in this deal by the people who are supposed to uphold justice.. It's not right and I hate it.

The more you deal with the US justice system the more you will realize it does not seek the truth, without the truth there can't be justice. In court everyone swears to god to tell the truth but god forgives everyone for everything so there is no consequences for lying. If the court wants the truth then everyone should be made to swear to Satan, Satan serves justice better than god.

Lol, I think you got it backwards brother. The bible says the devil is the father of lies.. An unjust system is his working not Gods.

    Galatians 6:7
Do not be deceived: God is not mocked, for whatever one sows, that will he also reap.

Thanks for your input. I think it's 65% say take it to court and 35% say drop it. Just giving the statistics.
