Oh! You made it to the Iron Age?

Oof...yeah, swords, spears and barbed arrows might be more difficult to stand against. :D

    Oh...those are beautiful pieces.

I saw a Spanish Antique flintlock pistol (muzzle load) about a week or two ago. I about got it too...

My old boss's son was given a wwi German rifle with bayonet... He pawned it off. I was irate, especially when I found out he pawned it to pay for drug money.

Pawn shop paid him 100$.... He never did get the rifle back. I would've paid the loan off for him and held onto it for him until he paid me back or didn't want it.

At least he got himself clean.

    Thank you. :)

    That's a 1942 M1 Garand and an new M1A I bought about 2 years ago.

Flintlocks are a bit before my field of interest, but any old piece is a good one.:)

I would be fit to be tied as well. That is hardly a fitting way to handle a Gewehr 98, especially if it's a numbers matching one with no import marks.

Lol. I get to the shipper and one of our local drivers was already hooked to it. He laughed and said three more minutes and he would have been out of there. My load was on his list to bring back to the yard. No sweat off his back as it was one less trip he had to make before lunch. He dropped my load and hooked up to one of the other loads that was ready to go.

    Vilhiem and TruckDuo Thank this.

    I've seen that look before.

They know what g-o, c-a-r and s-t-o-r-e spells too.

One thing I still haven't figured out is how the big one knows when I'm going to the store. He's not as brain dead as he wants everyone to think he is.

I could go to the bedroom and put my jeans on 10 times and he not budge from the couch but that one time I change to go somewhere he knows and is standing in the door eyes lit up and tail flapping like a puppy with that 'where are we going?' look on his face.

I still haven't figured out how the hell he knows
