Saw some idiot in a four wheeler texting and driving. I drove behind him for long enough to verify it was a phone. Then, proceeded to pass. Hung back just far enough to where if they swerved into my lane, and there was copious amounts of swerving, then I'd be able to avoid him. Hung back for just a little bit more just for the sake of making sure that I'd have an opportune moment to pass.

When I started to pass, he swerved one more time into my lane. I hung onto the airhorn like a monkey to a banana.

Pretty sure he dropped his phone, and I'm pretty sure I was shot a couple of birds and called a few names.

After I passed, I noticed a vehicle start to swerve a little again. Apparently, he didn't learn his lesson. I sure hope the highway patrol found him. I gave a pretty good description of his car, right down to his plate numbers.

Alright, now all is right in the world. Finished my first stop, friendly folks, though my GPS decided to lead me up the weird driveway to the mall, versus the one about A quarter-mile down the road that was straight as an arrow and came out right at their docks.

Onward ho to Chattanooga! Making good time so far.

 

It tasted the same. The grilled tenderloin served at the little place in São Paulo we ate at a few times was allegedly from Argentina, but they could have been lying about that. Supposedly beef from Argentina is among the best.

I'm planning to repeat what I did last week. So if you're passing thru Greencastle Sunday morning until about 2:30pm or so, stop in and holla.

Just remembered. Lots of construction on i285 on the west side. They are trying to make it night construction, so the scheduled hours for lane closures is 21:00-06:00.

 

Yup. I don't know why I never mentioned it in this thread, but I did post a few videos over in the photo section.

That wasn't me...lol. I wasn't out of the house at all yesterday. I will say that I do still have some stones. The doc only removed the ones that were out of the kidney. There were 4 of them. I still have a couple that need to move, but they're smaller and (hopefully) won't give me a problem.

As for the jake break...jake away my friend. The signs at the borough limits specify that brake retarders are prohibited. They don't mention anything about engine brakes...

 

lol this would be once I'd be glad to miss you.....but it's about time for me to head that way. Maybe they'll surprise me and give me another week away from there.

 

Thanks. it's right around the area I need to go. That whole area around south Atlanta road has been annoying for a long time. No better coming in the back side on 278 for other reasons. It's just one of those trips we get that we don't like but everybody gets their turn. At least I can get in early this time.
