don't know so much about lesser but certainly slower hehehe we in the kw's do have a slight advantage in that regard. guess we'll see how that plays out end of month when they start turning them up. the kw's will run 1mph faster than the limiter is set at.

headed to Memphis tomorrow before daylight. got another week reprieve from leesport. almost guaranteed I go week after.

How are those? Been thinking about getting one instead of a truck, but I'm a fan of the diesel in them. Plus, one of the few manufacturers that puts out a standard transmission still.

    Used, but nonetheless...

See. You guys. This is what happens when you give a monkey a keyboard. Next he'll start flinging poo...

Maybe even take over our jobs!

That's one way to do it. If you're among the safe crowd that is...

Must make emergency liver transplants rough...

    I thought reality was scripted?

Parked at my stop for tomorrow. Had hoped to get in here early enough to run in and get my ears lowered and my hat resized.

I40 didn't think that was a good idea... Lots of cars on the shoulders, couple of wrecks.. I would say that it's worse than Atlanta, but at least traffic was moving!

    Edit:

Whoops... I'm sitting in the dock of jcpenney in Cary, nc. Got one other store to visit early tomorrow and then a backhaul.

I like this stuff. I recommend drivers carry some because it's good for clearing out acid from your batteries without a mess like coke would leave.

I also drink the hell out of it.

Mineral water? Or that particular brand?

You can get cheap mineral water from any grocery store for 1$ or less here.

You guys were talking about food the other day... and that inspired me to make a quick small list of a few famous Brazilian dishes... BTW, the culinary in Brasil was inherited from folks from everywhere, Africa, Indians (native Brazilians), Europe, etc... Each region in Brasil has its typical dishes...
Foreign tourists are enchanted with Brazilian dishes, not only the huge variety but also the taste and the exotic spices, fruits, fishes, vegetables, etc, etc... Just a glance at some popular Brazilian dishes...

Pato no Tucupi ( it's a duck dish typical from the North region)

    Tacaca

Acaraje (this is typical from Bahia state in Northeast of Brasil has African origins)

Vatapa (another dish of African origin)

Feijoada (everybody knows this one... it's the most known Brazilian dish... made with pork)

    Abara (Indian origin)

Churrasco (this seems to be the most popular in America)

Tapioca (Indian dish... not really a dish but it's made with some flour and it can be filled with anything...)

Moqueca de camarao (made with shrimp. there's also moqueca de ciri made with crab)

    Moqueca Capixaba

Bobo de Camarao (another dish made with shrimp)

Empada (not cup cake... it's not a sweet and can have any kind of filling, cheese, meat, sea food, etc)

Frango a Passarinho (is some kind of appetizer or can be part of a dish... it's chicken)

Pastel (sold at any snack bar on the streets... can be filled with anything, cheese, meat, chicken, vegetables, etc)

Cochinha de galinha (another snack sold at any snack bar on the street, it's chicken)

Risoto de Frango (rice mixed with some vegetables and chicken. there's also Risoto de Camarao, rice with vegetables and shrimp)

None of these dishes sold at restaurants and snack bars in Brasil are pre-made... they are all made from scratch with fresh food on the same day they sell...

I have not touched the sweet dishes and deserts so far... will leave if for another opportunity...

    @Rocks you're making me hungry.

I've always been a fan of the food trucks that stop by shippers. The drivers love it, the lumpers love it, and the business gets some $. Win win
