    I got me a dog,a few nights ago,on 54,through new mexico,texas.kansas.
Dog ran into the road, did the rocky the squirrel dance,in my lane.
I hit the air horn, but the dog just danced, right there,in the middle of the road..at least his death, ended quickly.
Still bothers me though..wondering if some kid..is missing their dog.:(

About 80% healed up. Still deep sore and a little swollen on the bottom side but that one was a really deep puncture

Bout another month it should be fully healed but you'll always be able to tell I got bitten there.

Yep originally from Cali. Third generation on mom's side.

Plains, KS freaks me out because that wide spot in the road was where my dad was born. Grandparents moved to Cali in '41.

Mostly the older towns crumbling down make me sad and seeing people mechanically going through there lives with no outward signs of a positive ambition, I find depressing.

Then the big cities out there have places that resemble Gotham City, Even worse than Los Angeles. Maybe it's because I understand the subcultures in L.A..........

Dog is in the Dog motel till Monday ,so after I get back tomorrow morning I'm headed to Illinois for the step daughters wedding.
Oh what fun this will be.
Probably going to need some Polish or Russian liquid assistance on this trip

@flyingmusician, we'll just tell everyone that happened to you cause you threw away accidentally your wife's bag of coupons.

@chopper103in, got a pic of your dog ?

California culture is fascinating. Seems better blended than the rest of the country.

This it at the California setting. Those Chehalis boys know how to load a trailer right the first time.
