He was just being a dick. Head. I didn't know that was a bad word. Didn't say anything to him. Wanted to but didn't.

Has to be a glitch,in the programming,of the truck.
Apu will not keep settings,or the correct time.Every time the apu shuts down.clock shows 1200.
Hooked up cb,works perfectly..until you put truck in gear..speakers then cutout..can see meter, and send and receive, work perfectly, when parked.
Same engine and transmission as the 680..how can engine management,be so different?

Well, it was bound to happen sooner or later. PA dot found 1 brake out of adjustment. But, the guy let me adjust it back to spec. Found 2 out on the trailer that was in the shop last Friday (6 days ago) for a full PM. o_O Let me adjust them too. Let me slide on the dome being open cause I had the washout ticket. Rock on!

Apu. not wired to constant hot? install issue....

    CB: Distracted driver safety feature?

My current truck has 3 computers, Engine, trans, and truck.

So my bet is they have the engine computer turned down for fuel economy. APU was installed either wrong or with faulty parts. And the cab computer is programmed for safety....

Interesting choice of words... "Purposeful execution."

It's been a while since I have checked, but if you execute someone, you sure as hell don't do it by accident.

Killing someone accidentally is homicide or murder.

Execution...well...that's done with a plan. I'd think the, "purposeful" part should be obvious.

Parked at @joseph1135 's favourite place... Ta off exit 70 i40 in nc... Going to eat something and then go to bed. It's been an interesting day...lots of deer, one almost suicidal (...I didn't think deer were stupid enough to try and hit your trailer! I'll be #### if I wasn't wrong, I met one dumb enough to try!) and I didn't feel anything in the wheel or trailer tires, so I'm assuming I didn't hit him. It still vanished from my mirrors long before I could see the direction it took. Going to do an extra thorough post trip, but I haven't noticed anything at my stops.

As a side show for folks at breakfast inside the local McDonald's... They got to see, free of charge, what happens when a semi turns down the wrong road. Turns out the road that looked like it turned into the mall, only was a service road that went to a gas check valve and in behind the McDonald's. It was paved up and lined from the view of the road. Only turned to gravel in behind the McDonald's, so you can't see it from the road.

Had to go inside and ask a few folks to move their car. Actually ended up being lucky and they pulled away while I was inside looking for them. Got out with nary a bumped curb, scraped car and the only damage done was to my ego.

Post trip time. Then paruse inside for ####s and giggles. Eat and then sleep. Gotta be home by noon tomorrow to pick up my fiancée at the airport.

...turns out that two years of not seeing the other tends to give a pretty severe case of butterflies.

Make sure to get the slack adjusters fixed/replaced. If the brakes are outa adjustment they are not working correct and your brakes will be constantly out of adjustment.

Well...I'll be ####. The deer hit the landing gear...

Here I had hoped to prevent that kind of thing... I was earlier looking for damage only, not evidence. Kinda wished I hadn't decided to look for evidence now...

Thankfully there's no damage to the trailer, but I still have to report it. CYA and all...

Most of them just look up at me and freeze, so those deer whistles do their job it seems. Except this time.
