NO... You wrote here that there was enough parking and then you wrote you didn't say there wasn't lack of parking... C'mon... Is my English that bad or is that a contradiction?
There is absolutely not enough truck parking specially in the northeast... and to find places to build truck parking up there is a lost cause... THAT'S what I meant....
And I don't mean parking 1 mile from the customer... You keep changing what I write...
I wrote that sometimes I had to park one hr and over one hr earlier to avoid a freakin log violation because most likely would not find parking if I kept driving some more...
No... this is not only an issue in the US... But In Brasil, HOS are not enforced because there are not enough parking places...

The temperature of the pan has a lot to do with it too. Too hot an' it'll stick an' break th:yolk. Too long an' it's over hard.

Truly a culinary art form. :)

I believe I was clarifying a previously question.

But yes I guess what I wrote could be confusing

    So final answer.

YES. there is plenty of parking.

And fact is even if it means you have to stop an hour early to avoid a violation the fact remains there was parking in a reasonable distance from your destination. I consider one hour away reasonable.....others may not.

Hey... sorry I read this msg too late.. I don't know much about parking in OKC cause I normally park at my company terminal or bob tail to the Pilot or FJ on exit 140 of I-40... Actually, I like that Pilot... have always been able to find parking there late at night... The FJ is not too bad... but the TA seems a little congested always... Seen a few trucks parked at the Walmart on exit 144 or I-40 but best way to enter is from behind, between Walmart and Hobby Lobby... all other entrances have low clearance bars... There's also a McDonald's tiny truck parking lot on corner of N. Meridian Ave. and West Reno Ave. on exit 145 of I-40... You may like that one next time you go there.. and if I happen to be at the company, I can go visit you... it's just a short walk away from there... :biggrin_25519:
