Baby girl? If you mean human, and I don't think you do, see if you can't find something called after bite.

It works well to stop the stinging or itching of most, if not all insect bites. If you can't find it, Google it. Truthfully the stuff is nothing but diluted ammonia, I just don't know the percentage off hand.

I don't think it to wise to use ammonia on a dog though…
