I agree... this is not about male and female... what I mean is that, sometimes "I" attract some folks and they "target" me for the fact that I am the only single female here... and sometimes for me being from another country... that was all... but I know some folks here get "bored" and just want someone to pick on...
You are right... It has nothing to do with the job...
And I am really glad you couldn't tell I am a female till I wrote it... It would be nice if you could keep it that way... but I know.. now maybe too late...

 

If it's any consolation Rocks I've enjoyed your posts. I missed ALOT of the beginning to this thread as I just joined it the other day. Folks here tend to bust each other's chops...but there are very sincere moments too. I enjoy this forum for reasons similar to yours. Shame on the folks here who have made you feel uncomfortable. Doesn't matter if you're a man or a woman. Whether we're face to face, or texting into an iPhone or on computer. People have feelings. However, consider what you're willing to give. Once it's out there, it is. I need to get some zzzzz's. I'm spending about $5000 on my Pete 379 Monday. Then hit the road again Tues. Will chat at ya'll. Goodnight (this time for real).

Or the time we were both in the northeast and I called you to let you know I chose wrongly to go over the GWB at 13:30 and that you would be better off going Tappen Zee....which I believe you were anyway.

@Rocks may very well be a rock driving a truck. ...I'm impressed, but mostly because I've never seen a rock that's capable of talking, much less driving a truck.

@TruckDuo has multiple personalities (and profiles), one is male and the other female. Probably just does that so he can get away with logging two logs.

@HalpinUout is a prime recruiter... Okay, that I hold against him but the rest of who he is seems interesting enough.

@PackRatTDI is a banana that likes to eat rats...

Most of what was said will be forgotten...so I wouldn't worry too much about it Rocks.

As an unrelated side note... The eggnog I got is terrible. One of these days I'm going to make my own.
