I hate Peoplenet, where are you parked and recipes thread

I didn't have much of a choice. The tank wash was Danny's in Avondale, the scale was Danny's across from the J, Customer was off of 10, and then return to Danny's to scale out. I didn't stand a chance. Lol

 

i was there last week. Front row on the end near the scale. 5 feet off the road. Watching guys trying to back in off the road was nerve wracking. I was out of there at 0330 ... Place is a fuster cluck...
Hardly any parking up the top of the mountains though... Take what you can get...

lol at least you were on the 'good' end of the front row. Farther up the row you go the more in danger your hood is from folks trying to make the right coming out. There really isn't much around that's true....especially if you have to deliver anywhere near there.

 

No doubt.... I was on the end... But the truck next to me was a Swift with a 'well used' front bumper. My hope was I would be leaving before he did!!! Lol...and I did...... There was a Werner further up the row that had nosed in off the road. His rear tandem was over on the line and every truck that tried to get into the spot was having an impossible time at it. I get it when a truck noses in sometimes... But this was an inappropriate time for that... There was more than one that did it. As hard as it is to back into a spot off that road... Can't I anime backing out into that road. Between the cars coming down the hill and the ditch on the other side of the road... Disaster waiting to happen...

made de my delivery at Ingles on time... More than I can say for them though... Took their sweet time with 2 pallets...3 hrs... Made me late to my #2....

 

I figured you were hitting ingles lol only times I ever parked there was when I did that annoying place. I'd bet a lot of the reefers and vans parked there have a date with that one. Always figured 2-3hrs at that joint.

 

Yep I've been running Boston area fairly regular. My patience has improved over the years, cause there and LA, Chicago, Jersey, places like that don't annoy me very much anymore! However, for some d### reason I will go off like a cannon in ATL! Not sure why, but those folks annoy the everloving hell outta me. Keep the shiny side up, I'll be Northeasterly bound in the AM
