    @HalpinUout, taxes is about $12,000/year in Hoffman Estates. Our condo in the West Loop was about $5,000/year and the HOA was $6,000/year. Not sure how much cigs are in the city but I'm guessing at this point probably $15 +

    Love this state but hate the people who run it

    It's more of a curse than a blessing. Cost of living up here is off the charts. Original plan was to move out of Illinois but I LOVE it man.
