El Paso too. At one of the intersections near queen bee's house the sensor camera gets blown over in high winds rendering that side of the intersection a perpetual red light so you either run it, wait for someone else to come the other direction or get out and press the cross walk button.

 

Well it turns out they are here until 10pm, but not in the office. No biggie. Getting loaded right now.

He told me someone is always there until 11pm Monday through Friday unless it's a Holiday. It's just the office people leave at 5, lol

As long as you check in before 10 you'll get loaded.
