Well, time to get out of work for a 4 day weekend.

Headed to the doc-in-a-box to hopefully get some good meds this time ... got sort of sick back at the beginning of Oct, a week later it kicked my butt hard and they gave me amoxicillan and eye drops, saying it was acute bronchitis and double eye infection. Mr. Driver was feeling cruddy before me, but it came down hard on him about a week after it did me - they said he had bronchitis also, and gave him some predinsone-type stuff. For both of us, everything went away except the persistent cough.

This morning I feel like crap all over again  I'm sure the crazy stress helped bring on being sick again. Maybe this time they'll give me some good stuff, and definitely something for this darn cough. 7 weeks today with it is long enough... Robitussin this morning didn't do a thing for it.

Will have to check in later on when I get out of there. Can't fall too many pages behind ;)

...I don't think I'll ever complain about waiting at a shipper ever again...

Well. You know. At least for a month or something.

I think I might be pushing it...

...uhh... What? Two 100 gal tanks... And you're telling me I had another 30 gallons left?!

What is this bull?! If that gauge reads "empty" then I better actually be empty! Not, "oh you're good. You've got roughly another 100-150 miles before you're in deep ####."

I actually keep track of it mentally... I suspected a 20 gallon reserve, maybe 15.

Parked back at the Jcp centre. Gotta clean out my truck some before I go home. Looking forward to running my new Colorado out on the interstate tomorrow on the way to family's house. :D

Waiting in line at the Beacon hating on Speedco. I guess they decided to close at 3pm so their hard workers can go home early. Nice of them to not use the junk email system they spam me with on every other uninteresting offer they have. I bypassed the Beacon with one bobtail in line to get the PM first. Of course by the time I found the closed gate and backed up 1/4 mile to pull in for a wash, 5 trucks had come in behind me.

I won't be coming back here any time soon. I'll either waste the other half of my Friday getting it done somewhere else, or go by truckpro for some oil and do it myself. Just don't feel like dealing with the mess.

There's at least 20 gallons in the bottom and about 10 in the top that aren't useable. I have gone below the empty line on mine, about 120 miles past the low fuel light. 250 gallons to fill it up w/2 x 150 tanks. Bad to run them that low, the fuel gets hot. But you have a company truck so that doesn't matter.
