Since we are on the subject of pizza I ran across this at the store on sale for $5.50. Pretty #### good for frozen pizza, and one of them feeds the kid and me easily. I see they sell it at Wal-Mart.

the one you delivered to was probably the bigger one on that Base. I worked in there for " Service Week " while I was in Boot Camp there. That one's just used as a warehouse now and hasn't served chow for decades. The other one that serves the food is still the world's largest dining facility in use. It was built during WW II ( 1943, I think ) and they had so many recruits going through Boot Camp at the time both Chow Halls served chow. They have upgraded since I've been there. Here's some pics. http://www.sollitt.com/index.php/st...al_training_center_mess_hall_modernizationThe pics show lots of empty space that are covered with tables and benches when they aren't taking pics though. One meal we were so crowded, we ate standing in line. Straight from the line to get your chow to the line to drop off the tray at the scullery ( dish washing room ) ......... Chow is sorta like food, kinda. So technically, you're right !
