Im awake, badly in need of coffee and food.

 

Snake, even the food you make yourself has been genetically engineered for profit. It's all the same. Today calories and sugar are the enemy, tomorrow water will be killing us all

Haven't found the energy to cook anything yet

 

And dishwashing hands.

 

I'm more of a heat it up type person.

My aunt hunted me down and kidnapped me last night. Made me drink wine, eat pizza and watch movies with the family. I don't think I ate enough pizza.

 

Stay away from GMO products. If you aren't in a rolling house, buy from farmers markets and outlets that only provide natural foods. Now that's practically impossible while we're on the road, but if you're cooking fresh food and staying away from prepared foods your diet will be much healthier than it would be otherwise.

You'd be surprised at what you can do in the time that it would take you to drag yourself into the truck stop and shove some poison down your throat. Who has time unless they take time?

 

I would make something, but the whole kitchen including the coffee maker are still at the old house. Gotta move them today.

Cooking can be good therapy, as can eating lol
