Sounds like possibly a faulty pressure switch giving inaccurate readings. System thinks it's empty when it's not.

 

Got to the customer here in Clifton, NJ and found out they weren't expecting a second truck this morning. They're unloading me anyways because it is product they ordered but they usually get an email listing the inbound trucks.

Either that or corroded terminals somewhere. It's not a 2015 model. Next time I'm over that way and have some time to burn, I'll get the a/c wiring diagrams from KW. So when I go in there like Ray Charles, I'll have a braille map to follow.

 

Red, I have found on my 05 T600, that sometimes the actual wire end is messed up. Looked fine, but no juice goin through. The parts dept at South Bend, IN kw has always been helpful getting part numbers for me for replacement ends.

Come to think of it, they've always been helpful like that. Dealer in Baytown, TX told me on several occasions that a certain part isn't available, then Lee comes through with a number. Even if I'm not at their store. Top notch
