Heh... Not all of the stuff is good. So far, it's been one of the brighter works I've listened to.

I posted that one up (glad you read it though) because it seemed awful familiar with what's going on today. It weirds me out anytime something is written from ages ago and it matches today to some degree. That's all.

All the same though, WWI had just ended the year prior to the work being written/published. So it probably was alluding to that.

...back when I first started with sni, I followed one of my trainer's examples of flashing brights... A flatbedder "returned the favor," using his loading lights. Unfortunately, sni/freightshaker has locked out my docking lights when I am moving faster than 10mph. So they automatically go out when I go too fast and won't come on again until I slow down. Otherwise, I might be doing the same. ...somehow.

You all have long "cured" me of such practices...

That's not far from the truth.....considering I moved 15 times in 13 years and was always the new kid in class. Further complicated by being the straight A band geek and a runt for my age. It was an excruciating existence and made me who I am in large part.

Back in those days you didn't have such pc crap going on and you didn't take bullies to court or have them arrested and expelled for calling you a bad name or roughing you up. It just kept happening until you finally had enough and grew a pair and punched one of them in the mouth and they left you alone after that and picked on somebody else.

I did brilliantly get them back in the 6th grade. I was told by some of the jocks I was going to help them pass their final in science class which counted 30% of the overall grade for the year. I'd already overheard my parents talking about yet another impending move out of state at the end of school.

I devised an elaborate cheating scheme where almost everyone in class was in on it and they all would get their answers from me. A's for everyone were assured. Hardly anyone studied.

I gave them all the wrong answers. For every question. Waited till everyone turned in their papers then changed my answers to the right ones and turned mine in. Almost everyone failed their final and screwed up their grade for the year and therefore most of their eligibility to play sports the next year unless they had just excelled in their other classes. #### with me will ya? lol they deserved it. More than one way to deal with bullies. By the next year going into a new school I'd grown a little and carried that confidence with me and didn't put up with being pushed around from day one. The rest is history lol

Stopped for 30. Between traffic and rain in Charlotte this morning and all the rv's, campers and idiots that missed the memo that they were supposed to go home over the weekend, I'm 5 minutes behind my 11 where I should be 10 minutes ahead at this point. The slower Volvo isn't helping any either.

Hewho, I appreciate the effort...but I'm not a ham. You see, hams can be cured... ;)

Ooh god... I wished you knew the source for that. Hopefully the guy is okay.

That aside...weak welds? Excess pressure? Age/wear & tear?

Cyber Monday has been crap for some time now...
