I'm going to throw this in here. I grew up in a trucking family. Dad got sick back in 89 and passed away Dec 1991. He bought a brand new cabover Freightliner in 1980. I grew up in that truck. It was blue with dark blue and white stripes. My truck number has always been 22, just like his. When I bought a blue truck I told the guy that does my lettering about an idea I had. He told me he could pull it off, and he did. I'm man enough to admit my eyes sweat a little when I went to pick my truck up. Dad's cabover on top, my KW on the bottom.

Did it justice. Good for you bro. Beautiful KW (already told you that once or twice)...the story behind it adds a lot of value...your old man is smiling down upon you. How's she handle? Can't be anything like the FLD?

Parked behind my favorite corner store in the middle of nowhere Kansas, went to sleep, 3:30 AM, I wake up with stomach cramps and get dressed to walk to the 24hr corner store to "free some hostages".......only to find out it is closed for remodeling!!! CRAP!!! Hurry back to the truck to drive it to the next closest truck stop.... 30 mins away..... Make it 7 miles and can't make it, it's playing turtle.....pull off on a ramp to leave a brownie next to my truck...... Much better, drive to next rest area 20 mins later.... Go back to bed, thank heavens I use paper logs!!!!

    Back to your regular programming......

Y'all just stay the hell away from i285 nb (west side).

I haven't moved an inch in 20 minutes... Signs say construction, but it hasn't been this bad all week. CB has been conspicuously silent...otherwise I'd have gotten off at exit 2 and hit i20 that way.

The way some idiots are driving today... Watched two 4-wheelers fight over the same lane that was closed 1000ft later.

The CB surprised me saying it was a crane lifting a sign over the interstate. From the lack of motion, I was guessing natural selection was trying to do its job.
