I asked the volunteer trainer not to let me adopt until I have another job. The first group was nice, but none that I had to take home. Then she posted that she just moved the cat that I'd seen online since after my last one died to this pet store. I didn't look at her sooner since work was chaos with a reorg going on and I didn't know how I would fare.

Yep. I can see that guilt wracked face...

No...they said that was taken. But the idiot blew his cover while tearing up his yard in a semi. Doing donuts, had the jake on or was learning to shift or something...

    I'm a cat person...

This is Monty (as in Python), he's my owner.

This is Charlee (calico) and echo (black), my fiancee's cats...

But I definitely disagree that you can't have too many cats...

How did you train the cats not to freak out in the car? Mine would howl until she got sick while I drove to the on ramp, then would sleep the rest of the way. She was calmer at highway speeds, though.

I'm not a driver either. I'm a bulk commodities relocating egineering specialist.

@Vilhiem doesn't have much to add either, but it, so far, hasn't stopped him

    Hasn't stopped @HeWhoMustNotBeNamed either.

Granted, I at least learn from you all.

I think you have to start them as kittens so they really just don't know much better. Like ittle bitty just off milk kitties.

    Huh?

Monty doesn't/can't ride with me. Would like having him along, but SNI doesn't allow pets in the trucks.

I'm thinking you're talking someone else though.

Good Morning @Kev's Sunshine and @Daria

Yes, you can have too many cats. Someone I know is a real life cat lady. She has 9 cats aaaaand 47 urns of the dearly departed. o_O On top of that, she feeds the feral cats in the neighborhood. She's a sweet lady but 47 urns......Yikes ! Cue the Cat from 'Deliverance'.
