I hate Peoplenet, where are you parked and recipes thread

I'm 5ft even, and got the midget jokes a lot. I was nicknamed scrappy when I started college. Daria is not my name, but is descriptive of appearance to some extent. I look a lot younger than I am. But it's good to hear that there are others who didn't quite fit in.

Oh there are quite a few of us here that fit that description.

And still don't fit in hardly anywhere. Swimming upstream from the mainstream has always been my policy.....but even more so and more important now considering the world we live in and what passes for 'normal'

Being "average"....(5' 9.75" official govt survey 1972)....I like short people......makes me feel tall(er)!

 

Not to mention, short people can kick the #### outta yer shins...

One inch shorter and you'd legally be a midget and able to draw handicap pay. No joke. My mother is the same height as you.

Yeah yeah... Go ahead, enjoy my plight.

(I did. At least once I grew u...uhh...got older.)

My fiancée often asks why I stick around... "Because normal people scare me," is how I always end the sentence..she's still not sure if it's a compliment to her or a testimony to my own oddities.
