the mechanic that replaced my timing belt was thoroughly impressed with the condition of my Camry. He said it was in fantastic mechanical condition for having 286k on it. Needed nothing other than what he replaced.

A good honest mechanic is a gem. :)

Yeah... pretty bad weather for Texans and OK folks... I feel sorry for my company fellows... However, those who have been living there all their lives are "used" to that... If I can say one can ever get used to that freaking weather there... :biggrin_2552:

Oh and Peoplenet strikes again. Get in the truck...drive over to the Paulsboro TA less than a mile from where I park the truck. Jump on the scale to see weight distribution and if I can fill the tanks Circle around to the pumps and it puts me in the drive live for 11 ####ing minutes.

    Don't you just love that?

When I left Memphis last Thursday I got just into the road and remember I didn't change it over before I pulled out. Same thing. 11 minutes. Gone.

Doh lol mine likes to hit me for either 3,6 or 11 minutes if I forget to manually change it and it gets to do it's own thing.

I don't forget for a good few weeks every time it happens.

I never changed duty statuses at all. I was off duty the entire time. Circling around the pumps put me at 1 mile and backtracked to when I left my parking s pot. If I wasnt taking next weekend off I would be a lot more livid losing those minutes.
