Yep. Chalk it up to one of the advantages of being with a good company and always driving a nice tight new truck.

Twice I locked truck key inside the big truck... that's when I was in my former co.
Firs time I was at one of the co.'s terminal... But second time I had bobtail to a nice beach in California... far away from one of their terminals during my 34 reset... I had parked truck in front of a health food store for some shopping and had nothing with me other than my wallet... So... what did I do? Called AAA which I am a member of and guy was able to unlock my door... although he had never done it on a big truck... He and I were both so very happy!
From that day on, I carry one of truck's key around my neck... take it off only for shower and when I go to bed...

 

Service plaza on OHTP westbound in Mantua OH. 30 miles to delivery than dh to Napolean for short Campbell's load going to Cincy that has an open window to deliver so gives me time to get the AC looked at and wonder why it didn't get fixed right the 1st time.

Had another brain fart/ old moment. I was like let me call my daughters. Then I started searching around my bed for the phone that was in my hand. These dang smart phones. I forget it's also a phone. I guess because I very seldom use it as a phone. Ok only a two ha ha giggle giggle moment. Or I will report abusive finger pointing to the wonderful admins who keep this site in an outstanding spectacular working order!!

I do believe that my A/C is running low on 134a, it froze up and quit blowing cold. I will make my delivery in Carteret in the morning then pickup in Chambersburg in the afternoon then see about getting the A/C fixed , because broken A/C is not acceptable, after 11 years in a mixer with no air I'm going to have it now
