Yesh whole deal sux Rocks....course wouldn't be the first time I had to edamacate some kid.....went thru it w/wheelbearing on Wagon at the TA in Tuscaloosa while back....and I still say ifn kid had a clue he coulda hot shotted your starter&you'd be on your way......
and the Allentown plaza is my favorite.....get on in Philly....go to Plaza...pull out non existant back service gate...and no viola.....no toll.....course helps to know the area....cuz it puts u out in hi $$$ residential community.....lol

 

This is how my day started... Was the first truck to deliver...


I don't know... but this truck always look so big when I get to back to docks like those..




I know you drivers here may think there's a lot of room there... Yeah... it looks so in the picture...
But that freaking pole.... right there...


Why is there always something in the way...?

After empty I parked on the street and was ready to hit the road on my merry way to next customer... when I turned the ignition key on, all I heard was... Puff... and click, click, click... and nothing else...



Opened the hood, called co.... and one hr later was told to call such and such towing co.... Well.... you guys know the rest of the story....

 

When we hit the ramp to the highway... we encountered massive traffic jam...


But not the "regular" traffic jam... The road was shut down due to a double shooting... And police was conducting investigation...

Turns out this tech is pretty cool. Have a nice conversation with him while waiting for the other TA to approve the repairs which were under warranty since the other tech didn't install the O-rings properly which caused the same problem I had before. ####ing TA

 

After reading about the shooting on highway today... not sure I'll park on that dead end street tonight...

 

made it down to Brandon solid 660 mile day just snuck in by the skin of my teeth with 2 minutes left.

was +15 starting out and had it down to 18 to the good at one point but every time i turned around something was trying to hold me up. 20 minutes too late getting to charlotte this morning hurry up and wait in traffic. another big jam outside Columbia. rain into ga. 8 mile backup on 10 getting to 301 due to a hole that opened up in the road. luckily i've got a good radio and can hear pretty far and knew before i got there and ducked off onto 90 and ran beside it listening to the dummies who had just run up on it and turned on their radio wanting to know 'what up on 10?' lol only lost 2 minutes there. school buses and DOT all over 301. tampa 1730 traffic around I-4. sweated that one a little but made it in. we've tried to tell them this drop is about 30 miles too far south but they don't want to hear it too many of us have made it without blowing the clock. the 1800 one i ran today is the worst because of timing. any of the others can usually get here without gray hairs.
