I can answer no problem. I believe it is not spelled correctly, but that's ok to me. Makes it an original, so to speak. I will make a feeble attempt to spell it out like you should pronounce it.

And Pig Latin...? I thought you meant pig in Latin... but after consulting Wikipedia, I found this...
"Pig Latin is a constructed language game in which words in English are altered according to a simple set of rules.
