And that Vegetarian Risotto too... but maybe with eggplants instead of mushrooms...
I guess the pastas must be awesome too....
Vegetarian food can taste GREAT! It's just a matter of how to cook it and seasoning...
BTW, just had here two boiled sweet potatoes with melted cheese, black pepper and dill... Now waiting for my rice to finish cooking and should be cooking some legumes too...
