hey woreout here is a guy made good use of his bumper or so he thought
A truck driver was arrested on Wednesday for allegedly using a mechanical bumper which hid his license plate as he passed through the E-ZPass lane on the George Washington Bridge between New York and New Jersey.
According to police reports, the 45-year-old driver had a switch in his truck that activated the device and lifted the license plate out of sight of the toll booth cameras.
Obviously we dont condone breaking the law, but with the ever increasing prices of tolls who could really blame him?
The George Washington Bridge currently costs $95 for a five axle commercial truck to pass.
I hate Peoplenet, where are you parked and recipes thread

Made it to my 0615 walmart delivery 20 minutes early despite giving myself 2 hours to play with. Roads turned to absolute garbage once I got off the interstate and on the state roads of VA. Slow and steady though and I got there....and then it turns out I wasn't early. Somebody screwed up and my appointment was actually 0515. But since I was within the hour they gave me a door and here I sit. Quite frankly they can take as long as they want, I need to unwind....I might have cried if I drove through that mess only to be turned away
tsavory Thanks this. -
I cleverly missed the latest frozen mess. Instead of big roads via Memphis and Birmingham, I disobeyed the gps and went straight thru Arkansas on the little roads down to the Tallulah TA. It started snowing when I was getting ready to leave, but just warm enough not to stick. Further south I got, the temp gradually crept up for just some rain. A balmy 61º and more rain in Orlando now.
Rocks Thanks this. -
Sitting at home enjoying not doing anything.
