I hate Peoplenet, where are you parked and recipes thread

Made 4 today, started in Greensburg Pa, then Clearfield. Finished up with Cheektowaga and Depew. Tomorrow Rochester and Rome. Get em off then grab one a beat feet back south. Grab another one and do it again. Holla at y'all in a bit.

 

Waterloo at the Petro. Delivering in Rochester in the AM then back to Philly area. From there...who knows? Frieght isn't very good in this corridor at the moment and I can't seem to get out. Even my normal sure fire runs aren't there.

Thought I didn't have a run today. When I showed up at the shipper they didn't have a load scheduled for me. Turns out after 15 minutes of scratching heads the shipping supervisor came in and said my load was preloaded......last Monday....lol. Turns out the receiver took the whole week of the 4th off so it couldn't be delivered and had been sitting on the yard for a week.

 

Here's just one of the skinny roads. I could have by passed if I paid more attention, but following stupid navigo and not the google map route I planned. you see how much room the cars have. Just imagine the K dub ya. Looks a little bigger from left lane. Which is lane I took to make right turn and hope cars behind me wasn't going to play stupid. still doesn't do it any justice. That's also a steep incline for the rail road tracks. Just waiting to tear up side skirts. If I go back with side skirts. I'll loosen them so they can take better impact. Pretty easy dock. Blue ridge beef plant.

I seen 2 trucks narrowly squeeze through And 1 just went through the scales almost taking out yellow pole.

There's also about 10 open spaces.

I don't deliver until 530pm on Wednesday so I can loaf out of El Paso around noonish.

 

1111 Connecticut St for San Francisco drop Pull it up on Google Maps. Not too bad.Only half of a light load st that point.

The drop was not bad but had to go UP the Street Turn Left and go UP that street. (Auto Shift was not fast enough to up shift on the hill)

Turn Left and go DOWN that street with the Auto shift trying to drop into neutral Left at the bottom to come down an even steeper hill. (left foot brake and run the throttle to keep the trans in gear.

Right at the bottom, then just back into the yard while ignoring the 4 wheelers getting their shorts all twisted in a bunch.
