I swear I'm ready to call it quits and let the dregs have this industry. Watched a big truck pass me on the right when I moved over for a disabled truck getting a blown tire fixed. All because he didn't want to slow down.

He was a reefer from Florida so of course no radio or company name on the trailer.

i had to deliver one night in Berklee made circles a few blocks away from delivery with one way streets and construction
finally stopped beside a cruiser and after asking me if i was hauling drugs??????????/
says follow me he turned his lights on we went down wrong way on a one way street and he knocked over 4 cones so i could turn into the driveway

 

up in Green Bay everyone is ,was or married to a driver
all 3 of the other guys in my building are retired drivers
even the maintenance guy was a driver

 

When I tell a woman I'm a trucker they sometimes assume I have lots of girlfriends. Women are pretty perceptive sometimes.

 

Yeah Duo I spend an inordinate amount of time in the NE, but don't think I'm quite ready to move up there yet. Lol Grabbed me a load and now sitting fer a bit in Carlisle. Drop this wagon tomorra evenin and go to the house for the nite. No telling where I'll head back to for Thursday. Waiting impatiently for the ice box freight to pick back up, this d### van is getting old!
