Sitting at the TA exit 4 on I-10 in Grand Bay Al. Loading in Plaquemine La in the morning and heading back to the house. Been a good week. Crossing the Mississippi River 4 times this week. Ran to Iowa City and back to start the week.

    Rocks and TruckDuo Thank this.

At the Shipper on Newport News, VA
I deadheaded down here from Burlington, NJ after I made my delivery this morning. I was suppose to pick up a load of sugar in Baltimore and drag it down to Norfolk but that load got cancelled...
I was going to stay out at the rest area on 64 east but it was going to be closed tonight from 7pm till 7am. The pilot was jammed packed at 1630... Not a single spot. So luckily the shipper didn't mind me parking out here....

Your not the first one to tell me that....
    That bad, huh?
Runningman told me to buy a couple bungies to pull the doors as tight to the trailer as possible because it's so tight....

yeah it's that bad. minimum 4-6hr wait just to get a dock. my previous company load instructions were if you don't have 8hrs on your clock at arrival refuse the load. docks were designed when they were hauling freight in model T pickup trucks. one of the tightest docks you'll ever back into. literally inches on either side. I had to fold my mirrors in on the crapcadia I was driving at the time just to get all the way back to the dock so I wouldn't ding the mirrors on the truck beside me. he wasn't kidding about the bungis. end 2 docks are #### near impossible and blindsides with very little room in front. no parking at any time and ticketed if you park on the street. you have to go inside and they lock your keys in a lock box until they're done. as expected very heavy. close to gross every time

once in a career is enough lol

Pulled the brakes at Hucks Pilot in Kuttawa, Kentucky. Was going to go to my favorite hide out at the scale house but I needed some grub in my tummy.

I'm Going to see if I can drop this load Saturday, and keep truckin. We shall see. Now time to hunt down some grub!!
