While I was getting loaded in Peterson NJ. Today there was 2 people walking by my truck and they stop and look between my truck and trailer.
After a moment the guy walks back and knocked on the door.
I roll my window down and he tells me I can't idle my truck and I have to shut it off..
I told him that the truck is off and that it's my apu running and that I can legally run it while sitting there.... So he gave me a dirty look and walked away

Is your APU that loud? Probably the guy is an idiot not to realize the difference between the engine running and an APU...

 

I was enjoying a nice breeze here at the Family Dollar DC until they assigned Landstar a door next to me and he fired up his nasty APU.

 

I didn't know Chopper was with Landstar. For that matter, I didn't know PackRat was in Peterson NJ either. And to top it all off, I can't even find a " Peterson, NJ. " on the 'puter. I was thinking 'Paterson', but that's not what it says. *sigh* ....
