I think temp has been in the mid 80's here in WA today... I have windows open and now turned the fan on... no A/C just the fan... There's a little breeze outside... Still no word from DSP... Will regain my 70 tonight.

Cooked some legumes here... baby carrots, brussel sprouts, tomatoes, snap beans, pinto beans, all seasoned with some spices, black olives and fresh crushed garlic... no oil... I can put some olive oil later.. Will have that a little later with brown rice that I cooked yesterday...

Good to know. Believe me, I ain't disappointed whatsoever ! ........... I sure hope he means he's always wearing long pants instead of goin' Al' Fresco ........ I'm afraid to ask, so I'll just leave it at that .........

 

at the Token #19 off 78/22 in Winfield, Al

really don't care much for parking here it's somewhat of a dump......but huge gravel lot and easy parking until late......probably because it's somewhat of a dump lol no tv signal and spotty at best internet......but had to run it to the last second today and needed that extra 35 between jasper and here for tomorrow. kept me at 600+ so far all week but I won't get that tomorrow. got 90 to go from here then an 87 mile #### run to Memphis from ecru for a live unload and they get in no hurry so my day is pretty much wasted before it starts.

saw 4 bad wrecks right in front of me today. people were just driving stupid. more stupid than normal anyway. at least they were just far enough ahead I had time to get slowed up 3 times and take evasive once.

worst was coming around the loop in Atlanta. had to come around the bottom side this time and about 2 miles before 20 we're starting to ease left a lane at a time for the ramp to 20 and one of those wannabe truck drivers in a dually pulling a 3 car wedge comes over too soon from lane 3 to 2 and hooks the left rear of his trailer into the right front fenderwell of a car in lane 2. turns him head on into the wall. looked just like a nascar wreck. he slammed it headfirst so hard it picked the car up off the ground, spun back out across lane 1 and 2 and then pancaked the passenger side flat against the wall. hard hit again. luckily everyone was paying attention and we all missed it and got slowed up.
