Bonehead move time. Left my wallet at the service plaza. Didn't realize it until I got to the last toll plaza on the 44 before Oklahoma city. Oops. No cash so they wrote me two no toll passes so I could get off at the next exit and turn around to go back.

Got back and had to wait until the time lock safe opened next since that's where they put it when they found it. I had left it on the counter at the convenience store. Ten minutes later I was gone.

Consequently my toll was $11.25 instead of the usual $3.75. Ended up losing an hour but I was ahead three hours so it wasn't too bad.

Well these people just keep the miles coming.

Head to Grand island in a few. Take that to Greeley. Then deadhead back to Grand Island for a 3 stop Texas load. 1 delivering Sunday in Arlington and the next two in Houston area Monday. Recapping to the max!!

Our company doesn't have a Line 5. What we do is log off the DriverTech then just drive around. Never more than 5 miles. When I log back in, it asks me if I was driving and I say No. Never hear a thing about it from Safety. I'm guessing USX being a mega has a lot bigger problems to deal with. Don't really do this often since one of us always has hours. :tongueSTARS:

.....and for @Tall Mike, @'olhand and @Al. Roper to leave us with riddles that it takes the whole crew to figure out. :3some:

well so far it's been one of those days that just hasn't paid to have gotten out of bed. okay well it has because these short trips pay very well but otherwise........

got up this morning and got out to do my pretrip and first thing I notice is all my left steer chrome lug caps are gone. not just one or two but all ####ing 10 of them. I knew there was a reason I didn't like parking at that dump. was parked on the front row too. that just takes a dumb ### that's too stupid to know how brave he is. that one goes on the do not park list.

get to OHL in Memphis for a 1030 live appointment. show up at 1015, walk in the receiving office and make eye contact with the girl behind the window and halfway across the floor she closes the window and puts up a sign that says 'lunch, back in one hour'. really?are you ####ing kidding me? lol too much trouble to check me in and give me a door before you go to lunch? why schedule a 1030 apt if you go to lunch then? so here she sits in her car stuffing her face. at least I've got her blocked in where I parked along side the employee parking. hope she doesn't have to go anywhere before she waddles her ### back in to check me in because I'm in back with the curtain pulled

Nah. You can pick on me. On the flip side of spending a bazillion dollars in the last month I've spent a lot of quality time at the beach with my girls and this time next month I'll be in a newer ride. Life is good.

I know some drivers do that, log off and drive it around... What I heard is that driver is supposed to log off only when leaving the vehicle at a shop, or with someone else (under someone else responsibility) or when going "hometime".
