Yep lol and that is the difference between being an 'olhand and only having 4 years in. Those prime spots don't give themselves up overnight. They have to be found. But I'm learning a few of them as they present themselves. I've got quite a few of those secret spots farther up but just didn't have enough time on the babysitter to get there.

But one day I will for sure be able to tell somebody else what you just told me lol

And what "made" you come back on the road after soooo many years... Sorry if you have already answer this... And it's ok if you don't want to answer... I'm generally a "curious" type of person...

 

Wouldn't say "misery"... that's too strong of a word... but desperate... maybe...
We need another "female voice" in this predominately male forum... BTW... nothing against males...

 

BTW... I drive the big truck just because I LOVE to live on the road, like a gipsy... I did live on the road for almost one year hitchhiking with truckers and anybody else in Brasil back in the early 80's... I ENJOYED that SOOOOOO FREAKING MUCH!!!!
Times have changed and so did I... but trucking is the best... and so far the only way I found to live on the road and support myself... Besides, I love solitude and don't have any family other than my dad in Brasil...
