A little brisk in Minneapolis this morning, but supposed to get into the 50's today. One more stop then get some rest and get some sort of crap in the trailer to pay for a trip outta here tomorrow before the cold changes it's mind.
Side note, I had to be on my A-game in rush hour traffic this morning. Never been here before for one thing, for another not used to going the speed limit during rush hour. I'm more used to Atlanta traffic where you have LOTS of time to make sure you're not missing any turns LOL.
I hate Peoplenet, where are you parked and recipes thread

Kicked my load off in Laredo this morning and had a reload waiting for me on the yard going to Ardmore, OK. Currently parked at the Carl's Corner Petro.
Well almost had a massive heart attack today...turns out Texas DPS has not attached my new med card to my license as of yet. Was told it takes 3-4 weeks for it to get attached should you send it via fax or email. So me being anal retentive (thank god) and not knowing this called DPS today to see if I am good to go. My old card had expired March 7 and my recert was dated March 2 so no problem there....however since my card is still not on file I've been downgraded.
However as was explained to me by 2 different very helpful reps (shocking I know) the state of Texas realized there is a Catch 22 for drivers who often don't or can't get recertified until their existing card has expired so since I fall in that category as long as I show up at the DPS in person with my documents then I'm fine.
So first tihing in he morning I'm grabbing a cab over to the DPS office in Hillsboro and getting this taken care of. Thank god I don't have to be in Ardmore till 0300 Friday so I'm not in a rush. :smt067:smt067 -
Ah an what a day .
Started at 2 a.m. and loaded drove to the plant after being stuck in traffic for what seemed to be forever , then I get to the plant and they had problems in the kill floor of the plant so I sat there for 2 1/2 hrs waiting to unload because all the pens were full.
Ugh !!!!!!!!!!!
