So I'm waiting for them to put my truck back together which I am assured will be done shortly. In the meantime I crafted a very professional email to the service manager over at the place that did my transmission letting them know to expect documentation on what they screwed up and what I expect for the trouble.

I'm not a very confrontational guy and I'm really hoping they play ball and stand behind their (bad)work. I admit this isn't something I exactly deal with everyday so I expect them to try and dick me around.

FatDaddy should borrow my wife. When we had our apartment, the management kept giving us the runaround about replacing the dishwasher. She went in guns blazing and within a half hour the maintenance crew showed up with a brand new dishwasher.
